I know it sounds odd but I’m now enjoying “running” and have been for the last month or so. After the the scare I had with my health last month I decided that I would make an effort to try and do some exercise in an attempt to stop feeling ill and tired due to my 9 hour day and 2 hour daily commute and getting older and unhealthier. The results have been excellent so far, I have a lot more energy and I rarely feel ill anymore.
Kind of hoping that I could keep pushing for more miles and by end of next year do a half marathon but at 4.2 miles today I had to give in after everything started cramping up I’ve still got a long way to go.
